Overall Goal: To run the PF chang's Rock N Roll 1/2 marathon in 1 hour 15 minutes. My second goal is to maintain as much muscle as possible while training.
Fit Status:

I got started into weight lifting from watching Arnold in movies like "Conan". I am a Native American and i think most Natives have Type I slow twitch muscle fibers so it's pretty hard to gain muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing my body to the limits, and knowing that i am in better shape than 90 percent of the population. The Native American population is made up of 1% of the nation and only a handful workout so i've got to get my people motivated to workout and i think bodybuilding and staying fit will inspire others to join.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by music, watching movies like "300", "without limits", and watching the olympics. What also keeps me going is the fact that Native Americans have the highest percentage of Diabetes in America. I hope to inpsire my people to workout.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 15 lbs of muscle, reducing my body fat to 7% while training for an endurance event.
Today i'm pretty exhausted. I've been fly fishing for three days straight walking through the river for miles! I even went fishing today on my lunch break. lol. But as a result of that walking i'm too tired to workout. I really need to because i've been on a roll last week. I'm supposed to...
I'm doing a 4 day split right now. I'm starting to train for a running event so my reps and sets are a little funky. Mondays-Upper Body: Pretty much all major muscle groups.
Tuesday-Lower Body
Wednesday- A good AB circuit workout
Thursday-Upper Body
Friday-Lower Body
Arizona in January is beautiful - I haven't ran that race yet, but hope to do so sometime!! Definitely keep me up to date on your progress/training!! :)
