Was tired of being fat and embarrassed of my body. really wanted to say yes when people invited me to pool parties :D
Why I Love It:
It's fun, it helps me focus in other aspects of our lives and I love seeing my body change for the better

God, self motivation and my girl friend. The compliments I get really help as well.

appreciate it man,its usually moderate to high intensity stuff, im really a fan of high intesity cardio, im a very active person,that low intesity stuff dont cut it for me,its boring
