Arms and shoulders in my garage gym today. I did the following as a giant set: seated DB curls with 25 lbs. per arm, incline overhead DB extensions with 25 lbs. per arm, incline DB lateral raises with 25 lbs. per arm, and overhead DB presses with 15 lbs. per arm.
