I am not 100% sure of the date of either photo but the first one made me start running when my sister gave it to me and the second one made me start actual weight lifing  188 lbs amazing how fat I still look

thanks!!! The last 2 weeks have been rough for me, with graduation celebrations and eating out.. I am starting to dread when ppl want to go out to eat.. I lose focus in a restaurant. but praise God I havnt gained anything in 2 weeks you lookin good too you are blessed that weight dont settle in your middle

It is by David Zinczenko. Check Amazon.com. I followed suggested nutrition for two weeks along with exercise and dropped 3.5 inches off the waist and 8lbs.
