6'0 135lbs.. no muscle mass, ate like a bird. No nutrition knowledge, Cross Country runner, basketball all day.
stopped working out again... been dancing hard... it's difficult to concentrate on both.. lifting causing little energy for dancing

I'm back! Fell off the wagon. In a bulk stage now trying to hit 15" arms by June 16th. I just hit 14.5"!!!

Reloaded week 4 complete. In a bulk cycle. Picking up a little too much fat, but the arms are growing at nice rate.

Finally hit 15" arms!! 3 weeks late of my goal but better late then never! I'll look back at this and call myself puny, i know, lol
