ah, I relapsed and stopped working out for a couple months. I just get too much going on. I drag race a lot in the summers so I'm working on cars and at the track for a good amount of time. I've been working out again for 1 week now. It's nice to see the arm mass I gained is still pretty much their. How's your progress coming along?

Thanks buddy! I've slacked off my workouts some. I'm usually only hitting the gym twice a week now. I'm finding ways to hit the gym while I'm out instead of wasting gas. You know how it is. May God be with you always!

hey man, I fell short. I ran out of money on week 8 and couldn't buy protein or eat very hearty. I ended up at 14 7/8's. ALMOST! oh well, moving on to chest now! Thanks for checking in!

Thanks man. I'm doing compound exercises as well with presses and different rows. My goal is to hit 15" and then I'll give them a break and move on to a more chest focused workout. Keep at it!

Well I stopped lifting for 8 months. Started dancing again. Can't do both, bad combo. But now I'm back to just lifting, lol. This time around I'm bulking. Your making good progress! God bless!

Eat 6 meals a day. Try to never feel full. Drink nothing but water or 1% milk. I'm no expert. If you keep a log of what ur eating then just cut out the unhealthiest item or maybe substitute. Of course, you could leave ur diet be and just do more cardio. Looks like you have a natural high metabo anyway

Thanks man! I see you are making great progress by your pics. We are somewhat in the same boat. I'm trying to gain mass slowly as well. You can definatley tell mass growth in ur arms.
