Was into Cross-Country and Basketball through school so weights were always around. I have been working very lightly for a year. Just got serious about it in January 07. Hope to keep the intensity

6'0 135lbs.. no muscle mass, ate like a bird. No nutrition knowledge, Cross Country runner, basketball all day.
Finally hit 15" arms!! 3 weeks late of my goal but better late then never! I'll look back at this and call myself puny, i know, lol
All my life I have been a hard-gainer. I graduated high school and weighed 125 and was 6'0. Talk about skinny! I did gain some "healthy" weight to 150lbs. I've worked out off and on with not much determination. I began lifting in 06' for a few months and did a major bulk phase and jumped up to 193lbs. I was eating the wrong foods and not working out nearly enough. I begain studying eating clean in Jan and have slowly brought myself along. I want to drop body-fat, gain a 6-pack and build my biceps/triceps/shoulders.
Well I was 3 weeks late of my goal. I had hit 14 7/8" at the goal date. Just couldn't squeeze it out. I've been on chest/shoulder workouts for 3 weeks now. I got a killer workout in with decline bench, chest fly's, pulldown's and seated rows. Got to my car with my arms pulsating. Right arm...
Hey Derek, yeah I haven't posted progress in a while. I'll see if I can get that done on Fri. I just crossed the half way mark and have finished week 8 out of 16.
Nice gains. Keep at it. You're doing a great job. You have good arm and shoulder definition in your avatar pic. You'll surpass 15 and be pushing 20 before you know it.
Good to hear you almost made it. I checked my stats at the gym today. I'm up 1/2 an inch so my left arm is slightly over 15 and right is 14 3/4. (Without flexing) It's odd that my left is bigger since I'm a right handed.
Hey thanks for posting on my blog, and good luck on reaching your goal of 15" arms. I haven't measured mine for a few months...now I'm wondering if my arms have grown. Keep up the good work.
Good luck with your bulking. Don't neglect the rest of your body for the sake of your arms. I have put on 2 inches on my arms in 3 months doing only compound exercises (Squat, Bench, Deads, Overhead press, Bent rows). Arms are looking good in your pics
Hey thanks man. I appreciate that. Was looking at your space earlier. You remind me of my build actually. Great structure. Keep in touch about your work.
Great progress buddy. Consistency in a workout program is my problem too. Trying to stay on this one. This website helps. Looking good, keep working! -KC
still looking good man , any good ideas on cutting for me. i want to keep as much actual weight as possible, but lose 2-3% of my bodyfat. keep up the great work.
I know where you're coming from---being super skinny then working to build a better pysique. Your transformation is inspiring. I look forward to see more amazing progress.
