How I Started:
I got started because one time in a hotel in puerto vallarta i went to check out the hotel's gym, and i saw a guy that was ripped and shredded, and i thought "Damn! i want to be like him" and that's how i got started
Why I Love It:
because i think that someday i will reach my goal and i like to lift and to see how i'm getting better
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing new results, to keep thinking that i will reach mu goal and i also buy the fitness rx and maximum fitness magazines those are also a great motivation source

well mmm hi everyone... i'm starting this blog thing... well today i didn't do anything, i saw the us open final, damn! djokovic lost! well anyway, i can't wait to go to train tomorrow, tomorrow it's leg time, i have to get some more weight on! wish me luck i don'r blow it up and...
things are going great - and yourself? i'm having a few problems dropping another 1% of bodyfat to reach my goal - trouble is, with training harder i'm just too darn hungry!!! intake down to 2000kCal over 7 meals (275g protein) - guess i'll just have to get on with it!!! cheers.
no problem, sir... just remember to take adequate rest and appropriate nutrition as this will account for up to 80% of what you can achieve through exercise... train insane...
