This was taken towards the end of a heavy week of partying and not much focus on fitness. I saw no definition in the pic and have decided I want to make a change
I just started a new program to add a little size and cut down.
A lifetime of dedication and it shows. I believe that she is an inspiration to many people of both genders and all ages and the results are in the pictures and the comments on her page. Amazing job!
As a physical Therapy student I am consistently inspired by individuals that are given difficult circumstances but prevail beyond anyones expectations and work to inspire others.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I very long term goals, but at the same time make sure you break it up into a lot of very small achievable goals along the way. By doing this you ensure that you are maintaining your eye on the prize while at the same time gaining confidence as you meet the smaller goals along the way. Also by writing down and tracking your progress, like this site allows you to do, you can really monitor your progress and analyze what is and is not working.
