Spring Break 09' 190 Prior to New Program
This was taken towards the end of a heavy week of partying and not much focus on fitness. I saw no definition in the pic and have decided I want to make a change
I just started a new program to add a little size and cut down.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I very long term goals, but at the same time make sure you break it up into a lot of very small achievable goals along the way. By doing this you ensure that you are maintaining your eye on the prize...more

Heavy dumbbell shrugs, squeeze at the top of each rep. 3 sets 15 reps. Good luck!
