I want to lose fat so I can have a six pack by September for the holidays.
Goal (Long):
The Six Pack is the ultimate representation of someone who works out really hard and has a buff body. I have been working out for some time now but never focusing much on cardio leaving me with strong muscles but no definition and that is why I want to lose fat to get a six pack and have more overall definition.
I let myself go Sunday and Monday and didn't workout and ate a bunch of crap I completely lost focus however I have had time to think and get my goals back in mind. I missed Sundays workout and yesterdays so instead of trying to make up for them I will just continue normally and do my Biceps...
OH ur welcome! I love to hear about people's training and dieting. Yes, I work very hard, sometimes too much. I think key is balance too, not overdoing it to max. results :)
