When I Started: Aug, 2006
How I Started: I wanted to go back to gymnastics after 11 years of doing it, and I had to get back in shape so I joined a gym and then I decided to just work out and I never went back to gymnastics...I still miss it though but I love working out now.
Why I Love It: I look better and it's beyond rewarding.
How I Stay Motivated: When I see results.. it's the best feeling.
BB Accomplishments: Winning my two bench competitions I was in.
Forum Signature: Pain is weakness leaving the body.
Once you pass the pain, all that's left is strength.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Jamie Eason's body. She's so fit. I'm definitely inspired by her when I work out.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Jamie Eason. To me, she has the perfect body and it makes me want to work out harder so I can get my body in that great of shape as well.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
I'm happier because I'm staying in shape and that helps me in every way.
