Ok, maybe its just me but IF you “don’t do legs”  then you aren’t  really  trying to reach your  full potential . I’m not vain or full of myself but if you ask to work out with me and I say, ok you can start tomorrow, leg day and you say…. “oh I don’t do legs”  is it ok if...

I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. I understand battling to get into better shape.
