Ok, maybe its just me but IF you “don’t do legs” then you aren’t really trying to reach your full potential . I’m not vain or full of myself but if you ask to work out with me and I say, ok you can start tomorrow, leg day and you say…. “oh I don’t do legs” is it ok if...
I would appreciate and regard it as an honor if you would consider putting me on your “members that inspire list.” I am trying to work my way up the most inspirational ladder so that other amputees can feel motivated and inspired to work out. So many handicapped people feel as though they can’t get into shape and I want them to know that they can. Thank you.
Dude,
props on the AVI photo. My girlfriend took one like that of me, but I haven't had the balls to post it on line. (Pardon the pun).
Anyway, fantastic density, man.
Keep up the hard work!

I stopped by to say that you look absolutely amazing! You have the body that so many want but are not willing to put the effort into developing. You should be complimented on your dedication, determination as well as achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Yeah, my Tshirt would definitely send the message across. See if you can find a store that prints custom stuff. I would never go to the gym on leg day, without my Tee!
First off I wouldn't recommend it. It has a 1:5 protein to carb ratio. It tastes really good but it is a little difficult to mix. It just adds a lot of body fat.
