I consume about 180 grams of protein every single day (one gram for every pound that I weigh). I stick to mostly chicken and fish for sources of meat, with some red meat sparingly. I drink absolutley no soda, not even diet (contains aspertame, still carbonated) and drink about a gallon of water every day.
