I need to feel and look a certain way in order to feel good. Magazines and pictures of big names celebrity's make me aspire to look like them (ARNOLD) prefect example.

I recently messed up my shoulder pretty bad, I honestly have no idea how the hell it happened. It's been so frustrating because my weight training is being affected pretty bad. My strength in the gym has decrease although surprisingly I have kept my size and denseness: I also went for a run...
Hi, just dropping you a line... Seeing how training is going? See you have not logged in sometime. Hope your still working out and growing HUGE!! - Aaron
My training...getting better. I got sick last month and had to take some dreaded time off. Now I'm back in...hope to make some good progress this year. How 'bout u?
Great job so far! Your goal, though, is a bit contradictive. It's hard to gain weight and make the abs smaller. I'd say keep the bulk you have, work on strength, and let the abs worry about themselves. Good luck, however you go about it, and have a great day!
Getting massive with great definition on delts, chest/pecs, arms and forearms. Could very shortly follow your uncle's footsteps. Continued success. Andre
