I had always been the sporty type then took a turn for the worst, becoming overweight at some point in high school when I let stress get in the way.
Got disciplined once again,lost the weight and got back into my beloved running and basketball, until mid-way through my first year of Uni when my lifestyle took a nose-dive and partying hard became the norm and I fell off the wagon again- no discipline nor desire for fitness. Since then I've been on and off the fitness mill, yo-yo dieting when I want to look good for some event, and just not being healthy.
Being with someone who's so dedicated and committed to fitness and the rewards of it (just take a look at how sculpted my boyfriend in that recent holiday picture that was my inspiration to step up my game) has made me think twice about the way I used to feel about myself when I had that discipline and dedication and crazy amounts of energy- felt like if I got up the next morning and decided to climb the Kilimanjaro it would be no sweat!So, yeah, I WANT THAT FEELING BACK!
Recently switched gyms from my smaller functional one(don't know what it is about bigger gyms that makes me WANT to work out)meaning extra travel, but that should really test my dedication to the cause overtime.

She has an amazing spirit!her videos and articles are inspirational and knowing that she transformed herself from what she was to what she is today, has made me finally cut my excuses, put my mind to it and get into the best shape of my life!it is now a Mind Mission:Possible.
My baby's Inspired me to get back my discipline, make this a mental mission( because i'm more of a 'do it when i feel like it'), sculpt my body into the best that it can be, and not settle! Being with him as he's displayed his dedication to perfecting of his body, has made me finally decide to get off the 'on&off' cycle, get CONSISTENT, and just get to it already!
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Envision my body as it will be!!!plus check out a couple of workout videos- mainly JNL's 'get up and go' series....well, they make me GET UP AND GOOOOO!(-:
