When I Started: Mar, 2008
How I Started: I was never too interested in working out until it dawned upon me how much weight i gained in recent years. I looked like a typical 40 year old with a beer gut. My best friends started to get fit mainly because there was nothing else to do haha. But they started looking really good and I wasn't gonna be left out!
Why I Love It: Because girls, money and material things come and go. Your body stay with you. I'm doing it for myself.
How I Stay Motivated: I've become goal oriented. Life is short and nothing is impossible.. just an opportunity disguised. I aim to become a successful businessman and an independent certified trainer. Being a cover model for fitness mags wouldnt be too bad either!
BB Accomplishments: -Ability to actually lift myself out of the pool lol. Used to roll out.

This has been me for the past 3 years. I was 176 pounds and with way too much bodyfat and didn't bother to do anything about it till my gym membership in april 2008  Abs slowly taking shape. Gotta step up the cardio.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To catch lightning with my hands as it strikes my uber buff body
Goal (Long): More than anything now I want to achieve lean muscle and definition. It is not my interest to be the next Stallone. Where I come from there are very few fit people but when you do find them they look like 'nuggets' - like all they've ever done is bicep and chest work haha. I want to be lean. I want a six pack. I want to be ripped from the front, sides and back. I WILL not pussy out on my diet and workout plans and I plan to achieve this body within 12 months.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

A sleeveless shirt or a singlet with shorts. I'm too cheap to get breathable nike or adidas gym wear haha.

From this day, I've officially been going to the gym consistently for the past month and a half. And I have to say I'm pretty damn happy about the progress. I can see shape forming especially around my chest and shoulders although i'm still trying get rid of the man boobs and extra flab around...
