Try your best.

6 to 12. I think low reps with much weight are most effective.

I'm just tryin to saty at a lean 205 210 with about 7 percent bodyfat. So I'm just tryin to cut up a little bit for the summer. I'm olny 20 miles from a beach here so no time to drive to it. Have a good weekend.

jhee bhai...khali joke kortasee.its all about quality not quantity as I am looking for aesthetics more so then strength building.. I probably bench 285 and squat 475 but none of that matters unless I look good bro..looks like apnay amar bangladeshi bhandhobi (girl friend)-kay add korey - chen (bikini_atoll). She's a personal trainer so ask her advice on anything. She will help out a fellow Bangladeshi any day. Best of luck in the gym to you Bengali brother.

2 lbs in 2 weeks is great and completely maintainable. You know your body better than anyone, so a diet/eating plan you can come up with would be better than anyone could come up for you. There's enough information out there to be able to do it effectively! Good luck and keep it up!
