This member is my Elder Brother. He is a personal trainer. He inspires me to start bodybuilding. He makes workout routine for me & always inspires me to train hard, stay motivated & stick with Bodybuilding & Bodyspace.
I'm just tryin to saty at a lean 205 210 with about 7 percent bodyfat. So I'm just tryin to cut up a little bit for the summer. I'm olny 20 miles from a beach here so no time to drive to it. Have a good weekend.

2 lbs in 2 weeks is great and completely maintainable. You know your body better than anyone, so a diet/eating plan you can come up with would be better than anyone could come up for you. There's enough information out there to be able to do it effectively! Good luck and keep it up!
