Let's get motivated! I MUST lose body fat to 15%, to 10%, to 5%
to finally have a visible 6 pack abs (which i have never seen before in my life!)
Goal (Long):
-Chubby all my life but did 6 years of martial arts, basketball throughout school
-Started weight training at 16 for muscle gain and never gave cardio or fat loss priority
-Ballooned to 95kg after 3 years or working which involved a significant amount of travelling involving:
-Buffet breakfast every morning, buying unhealthy lunch/dinner because I was away from home, heavy drinking after work each night at the hotel/bar with work colleagues and becoming a heavy smoker
-Always being away from my fiance due to work, i decided to quit my hectic job, I married my high school sweetheart of 8 years and moved from Australia to London to work as an independent contractor and get my life back!
-Since moving to London, I have lost 20 kg and I am determined to have the body i never dreamed i'd have and a healthy lifestyle 4 LIFE!

i mainly do cardio.... thast not bulking is it..lol.?! my eating habbits are much better now. i wanna drop some more weight then start weights to cut. easter is fine.. lots of protein. im in amsterdam. lol. its a cool place to visit. its def crazy here. i seen paris hilton here last night. it was so fun chillin with the paparazzi. lol. anyway, im using the hotel gym to keep up with my workouts.:) ur progress pics are great .keep up the great work!

GOOD to hear! Well things are going very good, jason is really challenging me and I'm exhausted, but in a good way. Thanks for the V day wishes. you don't suck, I bet it just has to do with the weather, it can be depressing at times. I hear ya on cardio with supersets! I love them though they rock! Keep pluggin' away, from the looks of your pic you really don't have that far to go to get your six pack! -]
