How I Started:
I always loved all kinds of sport, but at the age of 13 i was a lil bit fat. So i started to do some push ups and pull ups, till i found the book "Joe Weider's Bodybuilding. Then i really started to work out.
Why I Love It:
Because i love the feeling when i push weight in a gym and i start sweatin and my muscles start pumpin up. It's like people love playing soccer, football, baseball, basketball......I LOVE bodybuilding.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read bodybuilding magazines, watch videos and competitions and try to imagine me having a big and shredded body.

one month after joining a new fitness studio...i was gaining muscle very quickly and my abs looked "okay" judging by my past performance

Half a year ago i already did Special-Training for Chest which was presented in Flex April/2009. Now i noticed another weakness of my body - my delts. So i created a Special-Training to build "those Cannonball-Delts".
Even though you train to build one special part of your body up...
