It all started when I returned home from a long trip to Africa. Felt sluggish and not as good as I wanted to feel. I knew I had to do something to change what I had been doing,,,,NOTHING,,,and knew it needed to be fairly drastic. Soooooooooo, I joined a gym !!!!! What a novel idea !
Why I Love It:
For the most part, I love how I feel after a good workout. It really gets my blood pumping and feeling great. The benefits and the rewards are awesome too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I change things up constantly with my diet and workout routines. There is nothing routine about my workouts!! Each one is like a brand new one. I keep my body guessing so it never knows whats coming. That has been my key to good growth and to see the results very quickly.
BB Accomplishments:
I would say that my most major accomplishment so far would be reducing my bf from 29% when I started to 11% currently. I have seen it go down very consistantly but not so rapid as to lose my balance. My new goal is to compete in the masters division next May 2008. Have alot of work to do, but I'm ready to give it all I got.

ah, its all a mindset. Im tired at the end of the day like everyone else, but I want to succeed so badly that I push myself. I just want to get in one magazine before I am 40
I need to totally make the front of my quads pop and get some calves after a big ankle injury that prevented me from doing calves at all til a few months ago
