Back in high school when I had gym and would go to the gym from playing football or basketball. And from there I loved lifting weights. The smell of the weights, the sound of the weights....ooooo let me stop...I think I'm getting turned on. lol
Why I Love It:
Why.....WHY!!!!!.....It's awesome...the pump you feel when you work out, even the pain and burn, for some muscles I love the feel of the burning and pain, but on the quads...lord I dont like it..lol But just the feel of it all, and seeing results not just physically but within yourself as well. IT ROCKS!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My health, my back problems, my heart issues...and the old pictures of when I finished training in the army, and the feeling that I had during those months afterward, I felt like I was superman...no one could take that feeling away from me, I want that back, but not only back I want more than what I had before.

What MusicalWonder Is Up To:
Nov 30, 2009
MusicalWonderupdated Fit Status "Back from the gym, 1st day of PFD, can barely move and I love it"
To regain the body that I once had and go farther from that point and have the body of a spartan...a black spartan.... :)
Goal (Long):
To regain a hold of my life from depression and the storms that nearly drove me crazy. I want the body that I have always dreamed of having and have the health as well. To make people do a double take when they see me, not just because of my my physical being but my personality that gets a boost along with the new me.
Doc is just ripped. When I first saw his pics, I thought "That is exactly where I want to be in my body type" He has no idea how much of a big influence and inspiration he is. I just pray I can even get a little close to where he is. I know I can, I just have to keep pushing hard with my training.
Someone who has many ups as well as downs, but doesn't let the downs hold her down at all. She pushes pass them and comes out on top. She shows that fitness is just as more mentally than just physical. And regardless of what happens look at the one thing she mostly is doing in her pics, smiling. It really helps me through a few things I am still battling to this day. But in simple terms, SHE ROCKS!!! :)
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
No
Why or why not?
The only ones that have an idea are my folks, and people on this site. Everyone else i don't really tell because they wouldn't really understand why I do what I do, and want to do certain things. But it's cool, as long as I know why I am doing what I am doing. The only ones that have an idea are my folks, and people on this site. Everyone else i don't really tell because they wouldn't really understand why I do what I do, and want to do certain things. But ...more
Well hello all on this black friday. I hope no one spent a arm and two legs out shopping today. XD Well I didn't, I stayed in and just played games and ate leftovers. Anyway, as usual things around here are the same. I got to get ready for a funeral tomorrow for one of the youth at our...

Lol true! And they will have to call him KING because that's his name lol. Its like people will be bowing down even though they don't want too. Haha every traffic ticket, in class, ha-ha he will be a King.
Lol we make geek look chic! Lol curling an IV ha-ha and you know this. His dad is suck a woosie I was so worried then I was like wtf momma gonna have him swoll by 5th grade doing one arm pull ups on the jungle gym looking like he on baby rhoids :)
I'm about to write my meal plan out for the next 4 days. The 5th day will be my cheat day. High protein, low carb, low fat. That's how I lost 25 lbs of useless weight.
I keep back tracking. My weight hasn't changed, but I still need to tweak my diet. I'm still in the gym 4-5 days a week hitting it hard, but that diet, that's the hardest part. I know what to eat, when to eat it, but I don't follow my own advice. This time I'm going to write my diet plan out, because if I do, I'll actually follow it.
What's up man, you back from training yet? Time to get back to business! You ready! Get your mine right, line of the weights, and hit it hard! Oh, yeah, and don't forget the cardio. Now if I practice what I preached, I would have reached my goals already.
which plan are you following. i've been doing a lean mass gain the past 6 weeks, but i'm switching over to psychotic fat burn next weekend...so excited!
