I just try to eat a decent amount of protein and keep the carbs low. I usually do two small meals, pre/post workout shake, for dinner I usually eat something made wit grd turk or have chic breast and a side, Its usually my dirtiest meal (too much sodium and carbs kinda high), and after that I usually snack (tuna, chic breast, fruit, string cheese, etc.) the night away until my bedtime casein shake.... My downfall is that I don't eat veggies, my next big move.
