My fitness goal is to gain muscle, increase lean mass and lose fat.
Goal (Long):
I have been working out for several years (on and off) and am in good/decent shape but want to get in great shape. I want to work out harder, gain more lean mass, lose fat and get a flat stomach.
I want to push myself hard and see results I've never seen before.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%
