My friend on the football team invited me to workout with him and the rest was history.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great, gives me a sense of accomplishment, and pride. I love the fitness lifestyle it just feels GOOD.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at the before pictures I have and just press on. Knowing that if I want to be the best I have to train like HELL. Also that if I'm training hard there are 1,000's out there training harder.

Currently just the physique I posses and being able to prove all the doubters wrong

I’m a 26 year old male from  Tx 6ft  and 194lbs. I have been a hard gainer for almost my entire life. Since 99 when I first started lifting weights, this has lead me to try almost every supplement out there in order to try and increase my size. I have made some great progress throughout...

I got a question man! I am a college football tight end, so I have a big bulky body. Well this is my senior season. After the season I want to cut up but stay big. I am really looking into a 6-day a week program. What do you think?
