Supplements are the best way to boost your results! I find I get the best results by taking the Cellucor line of products and the basics!
Morning
-1 scoop Cellucor protein
-2 x cellucor Super HD (if in comp prep)
-1 x Cellucor CLK (if in comp prep)
-1x Multivitamin
-1 x fish oil
Mid Afternoon
-2 x cellucor Super HD (if in comp prep)
-1 x Cellucor CLK (if in comp prep)
-1 x fish oil
Pre Workout
-Cellucor BCAAs
-L Glutamine
-Cellucor c4 or NZero
-Cellucor NO3
Post Workout
-Protein
-CytoCarb
-Creatine
Evening
-1 x Cellucor CLK (if in comp prep)
-1 x fish oil
Stuff like Arginine can be found in things like my pre workout so I dont take that. I use cellucors Nzero as my pre workout which is stimulant free that way I can take a more concentrated form of creatine in my post-workout. I make sure I am taking fish oils and multi vitamins and I also take A super B vitamin mix during cutting because it helps with energy!
