How I Started: I got started in lifting through High school Football. Always loved lifting and working out. Bigger Faster Stronger.
I ve been bodybuilding since i was 19 and lifting since i was 15.
Why I Love It: I couldnt see myself not working out and bodybuilding. Its what i do, its part of what makes me, me. I have a good day when i have a good pump during my workout and when my strength is there.
How I Stay Motivated: My wife.. Always wanting to be bigger faster and stronger, that keeps me going.. and my ipod
BB Accomplishments: The last year i have made some big gains that im proud of.

Goals:
Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): compete next sring at 215 to 225. Triming up starting July 7th.. Starting a 14 contest diet to shead some weight.. But i dont plan on competing till Spring 2009
Goal (Long): The goal is to compete in the spring 2009 NPC Mr. Utah. Been half way two times now, once as a teen and this last Fall in 07. All that matters is competing and looking good as i do it. Would love to compete as a super heavy weight, but whatever i walk on stage at im fine with, as long as im shredded.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7%
Upcoming Contest: NPC Utah, Spring show 2009
