How I Started:
Bought small set of weights and bar (orbatron plastic w/concrete filled) around 50lbs from the neighbors, Was interested in building muscle from a small article that was called Universal Bodybuilding for beginners.
Why I Love It:
Good for your health and staying strong. Plus I am addicted to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am competetive, have to be better than the next person.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 205lbs, 19.8% BF to 152lbs, 7% BF in 6 months with out losing the muscle. Winning first place in the Texas Shredder Classics in the mens novice short class, got all excited because it was my first show ever.

Goal (Long):
I want to be able to get as big as I can at my age now, Naturally, I know it will be tough but I will keep pumping the Iron hard and heavy. I want to be able to be featured on some fitness magazines in the near future. Also compete in the Natural shows going for the overall title every show.

Hi Jerry. Thank you so much for your support. Wow.. I am so sorry about your mom. It is very hard to control food when you are on the road.. but I packed some protein powder and some bars to take with me in the event there is nothing clean to eat! Take care and prayers are with you and your family. :)
Awesome transfomation. Very inspiring...would like to know more about all the competitions in Texas...as I am starting to think about competing next year.
