I want broad shoulders, muscular arms, a solid and defined chest and ripped abs. Not huge, just sexy, healthy and photo worthy!
Goal (Long):
I have always been in the pursuit of obtaining washboard abs. Through years of off and on working out, I have stopped in frustration. I am ready to go this time because I found a workout that is sensible and doable. Mainly, I want to have a sexy body. I want people to look at me and admire my physique. I do not want to be huge. I want to be an example of what can be obtained with a realistic image. When I take my shirt off, I want to be admired for a lean and muscular physique. My long term goal is to take professional photgraphs in 3 months. It will be summer. I am in my third week of working out hardcore. My goal is to be photo shoot worthy by the end of June. I want to take a series of photos that exhibit my hard work and show off what can be done in a relatively short period of time.
