How I Started:
My dad was always big into lifting and fitness so i was around a gym at a very young age i dicked around for a while and lifted a bit freshman year but never serious i started lifting 6 days a week along with steady diet and I started to see alot of results.
Why I Love It:
Lifting lets me release my frustration and truly the only thing that I control 100% in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
A good selection of music, i can go from dashboard confessional to Rob Zombie depending on my mood but without the right music im wasting my time because my head isint in it. I also like to see guys who are bigger than me and i just say to myself im gonna be bigger better and stronger than him in time
BB Accomplishments:
Not much so far. I plan on competing witihin the next year. College really ****ed my diet, but I'll be home in September so I can get back on track.
Within the next 6 months (november '07) i want to gain at least 12-15 solid pounds.possible be able to compete by January. I am currently between 173-175 depending on water weight i think i would look great at 190 i plan on sticking with the protien and creatine, thinking about starting methyl 1-D

I have some new pics up. I've been bulking up for about 8 weeks and currently at 197 Lbs. trying to get up to 205 in another 4 weeks. COMMENT AND RATE!!!!
-The MACKIE TRUCK! Glad to hear about the 8 pounds of rocksolid muscle. Very impressed. Keep adding on quality mass and reducing bodyfat. You'll be competing in the next Mr. Keystone
Solid lifts for your weight & age. That bench is definitely not weak. With only 8 months those are some solid stats. Keep training hard, you've got a good frame to pack on some mass.
All my supplements are Muscle-Tech (my sponsor) and my diet is high protein very low carbs right now as I'm preparing for competition in 6 weeks. Train hard and stay hard-core. Later Daryl Jones www.superheavyweight.com
Tightly muscled with the very good traps already, solid work on delts, arms, good chest and nice abs on the way. Low BF. With a healthy diet and solid training that bod can really grow. Best of luck. Andre
