Trying to lose some more weight, get back to being a normal human being lol.
upon waking up: EDTA (they claim it helps you heart), 8oz of water.
meal one: 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, oatmeal, tbls of honey.
meal two: 150g of chicken, lean ground beef, lean turkey or tuna, 25g of almonds.
meal three (lunch): 150g, veggies, 50-75g of avocado.
meal four (pre-workout): 1 scoop of PRO-NOS, 1 tbls of peanut butter.
meal five (post-workout): 120g mixed berries, 25 grams of table sugar, 1 scoop of protein powder.
meal six (2 hours after meal five): 150g of chicken, veggies, 1 serving (40-50g) of brown rice or whole wheat pasta.

I need help with my BF%
I have been taking my BF% for the past 2 months or so and I do not know if I am doing the right thing.
For the more experienced BF% people out here in the BB.com blogs, by looking at my current pic (Dec 2nd) and looking at my current BF% 19.6% taken on saturday dec. 1st. Do you think that my BF% is accurate? I am not sure if i am doing the right thing when i use the BF calipers. I think my BF% should be higher than what i am actually calculating.
Any inputs, info, idea will be greatly appreciated.
