been laid-up with a ruptured bicep tendon and rotator cuff injury, had surgery 6 weeks ago--takes 12 weeks until i can ever consider starting lifting again. probably not going to add any new pics until i recover fully (9-12 mos to really start hitting the gym from what the surgeon said).

I try to keep it light and usually no later than 7. If it's dinner usually steamed veggies or salad and 6oz chicken or other lean meat. If any later a pro shake in water and a little fruit like a 1/2 or 1/4 cup of berries

Also, consistent 2-3 hour balanced meals and snacks 5-6 a day. Yeah it's a pain, but it requires only a little time and planning each nite for big results.

Flushing yourself with water. Reducing the carbs in your diet. 40 Protein, 30 carb 30 fat with a little variation depending on your energy level. It's all diet. Working out is the easy part.

And thanks for the comment, I appreciate it. It's fun to cut up just to see what you've built.

Thanks. Still trying. I'm a REAL hard gainer. Trying to cut up some right now. That's easier for me than bulking, but getting good definition is still tough. Keep up the good work bro.

Hey man, thanks for the compliments. It took a lot of trial and error on diet/cardio/supp mix but it is going well so far. You are already light years ahead of where I was, trust me, your gonna get ripped. Keep up the great work.

I agree to your comment. However, I have problem developing my chest, especially my upper chest. My legs was development over last 10 years as a serious badminton player. The workout just enhance the size and definition.
