How I Started:
I decided after a while that I just wanted to start building muscle. It was totally random!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
By reminding myself of the reward of body building.
BB Accomplishments:
I now have a 6-pack, my traps are now 2 inches tall, and my biceps are 10 inches around! I am only 12 years old, but my body looks as though I have trained for years!!!
