Got Freakin SICK real bad, can you believe that days before my bench meet which was on Feb. 2nd. I felt GREAt as I did on my last heavy day a tremendous amount of work. My training for this meet was been going quite well. The hardest part is lifting at the altitude to which I live (8,300 feet). Though, the best part is when I drop down in elevation to compete - it is awesome...

Yeah, trying to trim. Allergies have hit HARD with my neighbor's oleander wall killing me. And I have no real deadline, so I'm taking it slow.
Can't wait to see your success on stage!
I just had to drop by and tell you that I think you are doing great. Not only are you getting yourself into amazing shape but also you are making time to work with others and that is a testimony to you as a person. Keep up the great work and best of luck passing fitness on to other folks. I would love to drop by your gym and say hi and enjoy a workout.
You are so incredibly strong! I would love to see you lifting whole sets of 45 lbs dumbells so I could see how much stronger you are than me and I have something to work up to. Check out my videos.
I have to say I'm impressed. I'm currently trying to break out of the body building routines and go for a more powerlifting routine. I stumbled on your page by accident. I just want POWER now and that's what you are. Mere power.
Nice to see some pros on Bodyspace! You are a true inspiration to many of us! Keep up the great work in promoting the sport. You are a great spokeswoman, beautiful and powerful!
