Thank you so much for your nice compliment. That makes me push it that much harder when I go to the gym. I was just about to say the same thing to you! When do you have your next competition? I think I am going to do one in December that is an unscantioned show. It will be more just for the fun of it, but when I get on stage its like a rush. I love it, thats why we work so hard on our muscles right?

Im actually competing in NBA shows and others that I can actually have a chance at winning. I tried NPC and as an adult I was swallowed up by the steroid guys I was competing with. I would do it if I could but as a fire fighter I can't.

Man you have great genetics. You should compete you could win I would think. Great abdominal muscles, arms, etc.

I did a show this last weekend and got 3rd in junior masters. Its okay for my time frame I had to work with. You show do a show up in this area. I may do on in Oct. in San Antonio.

I do all natural competitions I'm not big enough for any other shows. You show try a natural show I will help you if you want. Its a great feeling to compete.

Thats cool I'm on the west side of Fort Worth. I think I'm going to try and compete possibly this summer and any help you might be able to offer would be great. You look amazing! I could only hope to be that big.
