When I Started:
How I Started:
When I was young(er)my Dad was the HS football coach. My first experience w/ the gym was going with the team to the weight room when I was in 5th grade...I was hooked! Always admired the BBers in M&F and wanted to someday compete too.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel! Mentally and physically (and it makes me a "better" Mommy). I enjoy pushing my body and striving for changes.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated thru others here.

Competing also helps to keep me motivated. I love having a goal!!
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to say that I have competed!!

Being more fit at 35 than at 25 :)

(placing 1st in the LW Women's BB at the Paradise Cup is the Big one :) )
