Introduced to BodyForLife in 2002, since then worked on my own and with live trainers on and off. I've been lifting non-stop since Sept of 2005 and lifting heavy since May 2006. Since November of 2006 I've been with Tony of www.dreambodies.net
Why I Love It:
I love being a strong woman physically, but most of all mentally. I'm addicted to the euphoria I feel when pushing myself physically. Bodybuilding is my hobby... I intend to make the most of this one body God has blessed me with.
How I Stay Motivated:
The looks, the stares, the compliments, the critiques, Oxygen mags, fellow bodybuilders blogs, successful transformations of others..
BB Accomplishments:
Won Overall at my first figure competition!

Most depressive time in my life. I was forced to move away from a destructive lifestyle and move on, it was time to take control of my life.
I totally agree. For me it is going slow in that department. Any tips for that? I have lost 10 lbs in the last 3 months of bf...which I am happy about, but there is always room for improvement. It is the nature of the beast. You have done well as far as that is concerned though. I don't think people in fitness are ever "finished".
Which show is that? Do you know her very well, or is she just going to be there for the show? Anyways, good luck on getting back to the shape you want to be in.
That's a nice photo in your avi, I've heard Mrs. Garcia is very nice. You've really transformed yourself. I don't know about the bad situation you were in, but now...you look great.
