I'm looking to do two competitions next summer/fall...one figure and one fitness model. I'm at 18% body fat and want to drop down to at least 12% and be in the best shape ever!!! I also want my 27 in waist back lol!
Achieve 220lbs @ 8% then compete at a shredded 205lbs. Eventually win pro card. Need to thicken back, even out eccentricities, and bring up all else evenly.
