How I Started:
Actually fell into working out by accident. I was always athletic. I started dancing professionally at the age of 18 and landed my first magazine add by the time I was 16. I've modeled professionally without ever working out to achieve it, but I needed a job in between gigs so I applied at a local gym. I started as a fitness instructor and within a year my manager had me study and pass the American College of Sports Medicine Certification. So I think it was a backwards way of getting into working out, but I'm thankful for my accomplishments.
Why I Love It:
There is a sense of accomplishment every time I workout. I carry that energy with me throughout the day and know I can achieve anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
The weather here is sunshine and 80 degrees most of the year. I love being able to take off my shirt at any time and feel proud.

had a great workout today. i have just been doing the home gym though. i am getting a gym membership this week to step up the workouts...noticed the abercrombie video...i think one of the abercrombie administration buildings is here in columbus. you work with them?
