I love working out, and especially hanging out with other people who like to be fit. I have always wanted to go to a Bodybuilding contest, especially the NPC that always comes to Atlanta, but I have never gone because I want to be fit and show a little more skin when I go, but I have never gotten that far.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
ASK QUESTIONS!!! No question is a stupid question...Ask people what exercise they are doing and how it benefits them...Then go home and do your own research...Make sure that you read articles on working out, lifting weights and cardio and make up your own mind on what your thoughts are...ASK QUESTIONS!!! Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I think their is always a benefit because you have someone there with you who can push you to the next level. It's always nice to have a spotter just in case...BUT if you have a person who is your workout partner who goes to the gym just to talk, then kick them to the curve honey, because your not achieving anything. I wanted to make burgers tonight but instead of making beef or turkey burgers I made chicken burgers...and man were they yummy...all i mixed in with the ground chicken was 2 palms full of Italian bread crumbs and a packet of the ranch dressing packets...and I cooked them for about 5 mins on...
Take your time to heal properly so it doesn't set you back in the long wrong. Until then do what's in your power to keep the weight from coming back. Looking good by the way!

Hey AM! I'm currently doing 2 hours of cardio a day. I do an hour in the morning and an hour after work. I know how you feel AM. I hate it too. Its just one of those things. We have too you know? Lol.
