I wanted to make burgers tonight but instead of making beef or turkey burgers I made chicken burgers...and man were they yummy...all i mixed in with the ground chicken was 2 palms full of Italian bread crumbs and a packet of the ranch dressing packets...and I cooked them for about 5 mins on...

Thanks AM. i'm doing ok. It hurts moe mentally than physically. I really wanna get back to power lifting. I'm restricted to light weights. It sucks!! :+( Its cool though. I'l be back on top of my game soon. I just make the best of it you know? I'm currently in my leaning down mode anyway. Lol. I have been doing a lot of cardio. Hope you have a great day AM.
