How I Started:
I used to just to pushups in my room wanting to "pump" up for highschool. One day my mom bought me a subscription to M&F magazine then I never was the same again.
Why I Love It:
The constant change in my body. With everyday I know I am becoming stronger, harder, and bigger. The respect you get from people, especially other bodybuilders makes it all worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I come on this site, watch bodybuilding videos, and try to imagine myself 5 years from now and what I could look like.

o yeah I got some ideas. Hams, stifflegged deads. Dont worry about the weight as much as the form and feeling the "Pull"
Lower lats- its all about the reverse grip lat pull and pullups (palms facing you)
I dont think its too much, but you have to space your doses.....take the gakic then the NO-XPLODE together and your gonna throw up out your ass!!
