umm actually im not really sure iv just recently started to get real into lifting, before i just went everyday. I didnt really have a workout plan even i just went everyday and did whatever and i guess i just had the build that let me put on muscle quikly but now i have a pretty consistent plan and diet.

Your 6'1 170lbs. You need to eat and eat and eat. Your a hard gainer buddy, just like me. I was similar at your age. My best advice is to eat 8 meals per day (every 2 hours). Shot for 10oz of protein each meal/ 200g of carbs each meal and a ton of veggies. Try for at least 2 of those meal to be lean beef. Take two shakes a day post training and before bed. Amino acids, liver pills and a good Multi Vitiman. You'll eat there. shot of 2lb gains per week.
