I will be posting a few recipes for Protein Cookies for all the plateheads out their so we can lift, have a cookie and get bigger from it as well. If you have a certain flavor you'd like, I'll convert a recipe if you really need the cookie for the cravings. Remember that one cheat day a...
Hope you get on that program man it is unbelievable. Give me a shout if and when you begin it and I will let you know what I do and what has worked for me. Good luck!!!
I was flattered and very encouraged to see that you said I inspired you! Thank you! You're right... persistance and consistency, man! You're gonna do great... keep it up!
I can;t assume it directly gave me much size, but it gave me the focus to put in the work to get the gains I've gotten. I use it about twice a week now and it works like a charm in making me workout like an animal.
Thanks for the add and the kind words... for starters on the diet keep the carbs @ 1.25g per lb of bodyweight...and your protein @ 1.5g per pound of bodyweight...Keet your fat intake @ no more than 35g per day....Try that out for a bit with 5 days training and 5 cardio sessions(cardio after weights) 20 min per day adding 5 min additonal time every two weeks....that should def help...
best of luck...and no cookies!!!!..lol
yea they were mine for a while and i just decided i wanted decent legs ... still much work to do and improve ... its a journey man - i do not thing i will ever be satisfied... my back and upper chest/delts are my weak spots
I really appreciate the great comments you left me and will continue to strive to live up to them. I hope that you are able to achieve all of your dreams and goals and I look forward to watching your progress.
You are making great progress. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give me a yell if you wish.
Thanks bro for the comments, I am definitely trying to reach my genetic potential. I believe I still have a really long ways to go, but that is what keeps me motivated!
