I can;t assume it directly gave me much size, but it gave me the focus to put in the work to get the gains I've gotten. I use it about twice a week now and it works like a charm in making me workout like an animal.

Thanks for the add and the kind words... for starters on the diet keep the carbs @ 1.25g per lb of bodyweight...and your protein @ 1.5g per pound of bodyweight...Keet your fat intake @ no more than 35g per day....Try that out for a bit with 5 days training and 5 cardio sessions(cardio after weights) 20 min per day adding 5 min additonal time every two weeks....that should def help... best of luck...and no cookies!!!!..lol

You are making great progress. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give me a yell if you wish.
