My friend across the street from me was always lifting weights. Every month he seemed to get bigger and bigger. When i looked at myself, i noticed that i was skinny and i wanted to get big like him

Since January 1st. I've seen decent results, nothing amazing. My strength has ramped up a lot while I've been on it.

Yea theyre song Undead is the best! Yea I was in the same situation when I was 13 too. It was like impossible for me to gain mass! Liftings been going good for me bro!
