Muscle Bear

"Build and sculpt my way to 225 pounds of lean, shredded, muscle on this 5'9" frame while losing enough bodyfat to compete at least once. (It's a personal challenge.) This is not an overnight process, and I've already achieved a lot more than I once"

Supplements:
  • EAS Myoplex Original, 42 Packets, Variety  For me, Myoplex is a useful meal alternative when I'm pressed for time. I blend it with ice, L-glutamine, additional whey protein, and other healthy stuff I can throw in the blender to create flavor and add to the complex carbs. Also have it with breakfast and before workouts. (All MRP's are overpriced, but this is decent stuff. I stay away from ALL MRP bars...)
  • Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 5 Lbs., Delicious Strawberry  good whey protein with consistent quality. Good balance of whey concentrates and isolates ... now, do I get a discount?
