Muscle Bear

"Build and sculpt my way to 225 pounds of lean, shredded, muscle on this 5'9" frame while losing enough bodyfat to compete at least once. (It's a personal challenge.) This is not an overnight process, and I've already achieved a lot more than I once"

I've got a couple of years on ya. You've got a LOT of well-sculpted defined muscle over me. Not only are you a genuine source of inspiration that I will refer back to, but seeing your pics proves to me that I don't have to shave until I'm ready for my one-time NPC contest. Thanks!

Hey Yank, Sorry for not getting your comment sooner. Am still lifting, but for now, I've have had to turn the intensity down :(. I have three blown lumbar discs (from college) and they're really acting up, plus spinal stenosis...intense pain. Physical Therapy now, then I get to choose between hitting the weight room harder, with perfect form, or major surgery. Didn't take much more than a nanosecond to choose. I'm depressed w/out lifting daily, lots. Congrats about going to Cologne!

Hey.... Thanks for the compliment! During the four + warm months we have here in Chicago, I don't wear a shirt unless I have to. I work hard everyday on my body & health... why cover up more than necessary? Used to live in Berkeley for five years ... long time ago, obviously, but I go back once in awhile. Like your profile. Steve

Great role model & mentor ... your profile + articles triggered the will & discipline to really go for my goals. I needed re-awakening, and now, I'm ready. Will be watching your postings. Thanks!
