How I Started:
was a skinny as hell! 120lbs senior year. I was sick of being small, and I wanted people to respect me. Being tiny wasn't working... Im on my way to my long term goal of 200lbs.
Why I Love It:
The Pump. One of the best feelings ever! Seeing growth in the mirror. STRETCH MARKS!!! The whole comunnity of bb'ing, some people are a$$holes, but there are plenty of great guys who do it. Ive met plenty of my friends at the gym. also knowing I have better dedication than most people. And know ing I have the courage to go onstage, and present my physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the rest of america, and tell myself I will never look like that. belly over the belt ect. If my chest gets bigger, it's gonna be MUSCLE not man tits. The image in the mirror is the most gratafying. Noticing small changes and finding out more and more about yourself and who you are as a person. and Muscle mags, and trying to get close to those guys w/o juice.

2007 NPC Continental USA Chanpionships Novice lightweight- 4th place
I want to get as big as naturally possible without using anabolic steroids, insulin, or any type of growth hormones. Which is prolly around 190-200ish, is what I've been told. Diet and nutrition is Key. I realized this after about a year of NOT growing. Competing is also in my future. I already have one show under my belt, and I may try to work my way up the ranks in bodybuilding. Modeling might also be in my future. If I do the bodybuilder thing, I can NEVER turn back, so if I decide to do that, I want to try and get a pro card to make some money and make my name known.
So i've got a little overĀ a month before my first show. Im excited but at the same time, nervous about how it is gonna go. I dont take steriods or anything of that nature, but the guys im gonna be competing against more than likely are goin to be on them. my diet is slowly coming into place,...
haha yeah i meant "see"food...wow man 10lbs and your still at 7% BF that's hella good! my comp in April was awesome took 3rd in LW Novice, and I can't wait to do it again...but sometime in 09, this year is just gonna be spent bulkin up, you got any comps anytime soon?

Thanks bro.. Yeah, my abs are pretty much like symmetrical bricks, lol. When I cut up, I realised I had good genetics with them, in addition to the hard work with them and core exercises like squats, etc.

hey man...only thing i will be taking is shredded for a diuretic...thats it...no supps i didnt use fat buner or nothing....no point for me....if i do i might end up losing muscle mass and i only do about 15 min of incline treadmill cardio anyways. lookin jacked up though man gl with ur show

U r my hero; i wish i could have half as much dedication as u do to this great sport. U walk the fine line between natural and supernatural; God be with u my friend. Like u, i too feel the desire to meet cold steel with flesh, to feel the burning pump, the intense pain and agony of the gym. U r awesome.
