I got started by joining a local community recreaction center. I wanted to change my life style.
Why I Love It:
Working out changes the way you look and feel. Being in shape allows your body to perform at optimum levels.
How I Stay Motivated:
Several things keep me motivated: watching my body change, feeling healthier, reading articles and looking at pictures. BodyBuilding.com is one of my favorite motivators.
