Why I Love It:
you know when you are painting a picture, and you erase it and paint it and erase it again so that you can paint what you see in your mind well i work out like that so that one day i can become that picture in my mind
if I can give any advice, it would be to practice, practice, and practice some more. You shouldn't have to think about how to hit a pose, it should just come naturally. Also, check out the posing instructing vid's on bodybuilding.com
Yo, dont take the name so seriously, I am not saying I AM THE Peoples Champ, but yea I am a PeoplesChamp, cause one I look like the Rock (Dwayne Johnson) most people tell me, and 2 I like his built and that is my goal. Nuff said?
Regarding mass - the best tip I can give is you have to train really hard, hammer the core compound movements like bench, squats and deadlift, keep pushing your max', change things around regularly, get plenty of protein, and plenty of rest - there are loads of great articles on here written by much wiser people than me check them out. At 32 I have no trouble gaining mass, the trick is to gain lean mass, you have a very good foundation so watch that diet and keep training hard - good luck!
Hi Nick - I agree and I am trying to follow a very strict diet as well as training really intensly and using the Lipo-6, im not sure if the Lipo is working, but I am losing weight and reducing BF% so I am moving in the right direction, and hopefully the abs will really start to improve - but I would be very happy to hear some tips!
Solid bod and solid pics. Excellent abs, strong shoulders, delts and arms. Good legs but need to get them thicker. All in all a great job so far and continued success with your goals. Andre
