Apr, 2009
How I Started:
since a very early age my oldman always had me doing pushups, chinups, situps etc then i started boxing at age 11 and loved it. I continued boxing for a year and a half and then moved away so i had to stop. At age 16 i started getiing in trouble with the police and got locked up in a juvenille detenting centre. It is here were a first started weight training. The gym was small with no free weights and only a few machines. leg press, cable pulleys, pec deck, chest press, lat pull down, seated row and seated calve raises. I went in at 60kg and came out 4 1/2 months later 74kg. I got out and continued getting in trouble later getting locked up agian 1 month later. I got out agian and then 8 months later went to adults jail on remand. i was there for 3 1/2 months before moving to another juvenille detention centre. It was here that i fell in love."FREE WEIGHTS" I asked my juvenille worker to get me some muscle mags and she did. I read them over and over and over. I always trained hard and with strict form. I went in 72kg and came out 80kg ripped 4 1/2 months later as my body type is an ecto-mesomorph so it is very hard for me to put on body fat.And that is how i started unfortunately not under the best circumstances. But i cant change the what is now the past.
Why I Love It:
what better feeling is there than "THE PUMP"
How I Stay Motivated:
my motivation comes from RESULTS. I want mass, thickness, muscles on top of muscles and im not going to stop EVER.....

inbetween 2x8
flat bench...
thanks for the comment man. My back routine always starts with deadlifts and then I'll add a few other excercises. At the moment I'm starting with deadlifts, then Barbell rows, rear flyes then wide grip pullups. Makes my whole back hurt the next day lol
haha you serious ??? itd be harder to do it later in life as its be a real shock to your lifestyle but you can replace the protein in meat with dairy foods as i do, milk, cheese, eggs, whey, some yoghurt.. e.t.c, plenty of other protein sources out there
